Who actually delivers my message?

Your message is managed by our logistics team in Pau, France. A dedicated messenger (part of our paid volunteer team) physically transports the printed letters from our office to the Sanctuary of Lourdes and deposits them in the designated location.

What exactly am I paying for?

You are hiring a comprehensive logistical service that includes: 1) High-quality printing of your digital document, 2) Physical transport of the document to the geographic location (Lourdes, France), 3) Operational management of the courier, and 4) Delivery of digital photographic proof (JPG/PNG file) sent to your email.

How long does delivery take?

Photographic proof is delivered to your email within 7 to 10 business days after your order. Most orders are completed within this timeframe, depending on weather conditions and access to the Sanctuary.

What if I made a typo in my message?

Don't worry! Contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your letter hasn't entered the printing phase (usually within 24 hours of the order), we can correct it at no additional cost.

What happens if I don't receive my photo within 14 days?

Our guarantee is firm: if we cannot fulfill the delivery logistics within a reasonable timeframe (14 days), you are entitled to a full 100% refund. Just write to us, and we will process the return within 5-7 business days.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

For the "Messaging" and "Candle" services, it is a transparent one-time payment. There are no hidden fees or recurring charges. Only the "Perpetual Circle" service is a monthly subscription, which is clearly labeled as such.

Is my message private? Do you share my data?

Absolutely. Your message is treated with total confidentiality and is only read by the printing system. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I get a physical copy of my message?

The original printed document is deposited at the Grotto as part of the tradition. You receive a high-resolution digital copy of the photograph taken on-site, which you can print at home if you wish to keep a physical record.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your financial information on our servers.
