Note on Payments
We DO NOT store your full credit or debit card information. All financial information is processed in an encrypted and secure manner directly by Stripe, our PCI-DSS certified payment processor.
What We DO NOT Collect
- We DO NOT collect biometric data.
- We DO NOT collect your precise geolocation.
- We DO NOT request social security numbers or government IDs.
- We DO NOT collect sensitive medical records (other than what you voluntarily write in your petition).
How We Use Your Information
We use your data exclusively for:
- Logistics: Printing your letter and coordinating with the courier in France for physical delivery.
- Evidence: Sending the fulfillment photograph to your email address.
- Support: Responding to your questions or issues regarding your order.
- Legal: Complying with tax and legal regulations in the US and Europe.
Who Do We Share Your Data With?
We only share the strictly necessary information with our operational partners to make the service possible:
- Couriers in France: They receive the print file (your letter) and your first name to perform the delivery.
- Stripe: Receives the necessary data to process the payment securely.
- Email Provider: To send you automated notifications about your order.
We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Your Rights
