Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Here we explain clearly and honestly how we protect your investment.

Our Fulfillment Guarantee

We guarantee that your message will be printed, transported, and physically delivered to the Grotto of Lourdes (or the corresponding holy site). If, for any operational reason on our part, we are unable to fulfill this delivery within a reasonable timeframe (14 days), we will issue a 100% refund, no questions asked.

When is a refund applicable?

Grace Period (Before Execution): If you change your mind and contact us BEFORE your letter has been printed and sent to logistics (usually within the first 24 hours after purchase), we will cancel your order and issue a 100% refund.

  • Delivery Failure: If you do not receive your photographic evidence after the maximum guaranteed timeframe.
  • Technical Errors: If you were accidentally charged twice due to a website glitch.
  • Early Cancellation: Request received before operational costs (printing/materials) have been initiated.

When is a refund NOT applicable?

Since our service involves real and non-recoverable costs (paper, ink, candles, fuel, messenger wages), there are situations where we cannot offer refunds:

Service Executed: Once we have sent you the photographic proof that your letter is at the Grotto or your candle has been lit, the service is considered completed and consumed. There are no refunds for "change of mind" after delivery.

  • Spiritual Dissatisfaction: We cannot guarantee miraculous results, healings, or divine answers. Payment covers the logistical and human effort, not the spiritual outcome.
  • Incorrect Data: If you provided an incorrect email address and did not receive the photo because of it (even though we sent it), this is not grounds for a refund. We will resend the photo to the correct email at no extra cost.

Force Majeure Circumstances

If access to the Grotto of Lourdes is temporarily restricted due to extreme weather, security, or site maintenance:

  1. We will notify you immediately by email.
  2. We will offer you two options: Wait until access is restored (your letter will have priority) or receive an immediate full refund. The choice is yours.
